Placing an order If you are interested in purchasing a garment from the dressing room, click on the dress and a pop-up window will appear with a detailed description and multiple views. This window contains a link to Paypal, a free online payment service. In the dainty drawer there are buttons entitled: bras, panties, camis and tanks. These buttons will take you to a pop-up that will ask for your size, color and image preferences and will then take you to Paypal for checkout. Paypal accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and eChecks. You do not need to be a member of Paypal to make a payment, and it is surprisingly simple. If you have a pop-up blocker enabled on your computer, you will need to disable it to make your purchase. |

Other payment options Checks and money orders by mail are accepted for items purchased from the dainty drawer. You can email brooke@shiptoshoreshop.com or call me at 828.242.1378, with your desired item’s name, quantity, size, color, and image. Checks and money orders by mail may not be accepted for items purchased from the dressing room, due to the one of a kind nature of the garments and the possibility that they may become unavailable while your check is snailing its way over here. I do not place items on hold unless there is an really really good reason for it, and an upfront deposit on it. Cash and checks are accepted for items purchased in person at Ship to Shore Shop in Asheville, North Carolina by appointment. |

Ordering from outside the United States International orders are welcomed here, but the shipping costs will vary. Please email me if you have a question about pricing. I will send an electronic invoice via email with accurate shipping information. |

Shipping I ship with the United States Postal Service insured priority mail for domestic orders, and USPS airmail for international orders. Email me if you have any special shipping requests. |

Estimated Delivery Time Items from the dressing room are ready to wear and will be shipped on the business day after your payment is received. Items from the dainty drawer are handmade-to-order and may take as little as one week, or up to three weeks depending on availability. |

Return Policy The garments sold at Ship to Shore Shop are all handmade and one of a kind. Slight variations in color and geometry are celebrated and often expected. Asymmetry and individuality are wholeheartedly embraced here. I put all of my focus and time and skill into my work…however, this is not the stuff of your average mall shop. It is handmade and it shows. If the item that you have received is visibly defective, not as described, or damaged- I will do my very best to right the situation. Shop credit may be issued, or an exchange may be allowed if the item is unworn and as received. Contact me within one week of receiving the item for resolution. Shipping costs for exchanges and returns are the responsibility of the buyer. |

Wholesale Inquiries Ship to Shore is available for new wholesale accounts. Wholesale orders may be placed for ten or more items. Items may be selected from the dressing room and dainty drawer, or may be custom ordered from, and inspired by items in the portfolio. Ship to Shore Shop does not mass-produce, and each item will be one-of-a-kind. Orders may be placed by phone or email. Gift Certificates Gift certificates are available and may be applied to all areas of Ship to Shore Shop, and local on-site custom work. Certificates are presented in a lovely box with a handpenned letter and fabric swatches. Contact me via phone or email, and I will send an electronic invoice for payment, and then mail a personalized gift box to you on the next business day via USPS. |
